Job responsibilities:

• Training material development. In-depth research on Xiaomi and competing mobile phones, AIoT and other products, fully mobilize the resources of Xiaomi headquarters and global training teams, and develop rich localized materials that are in line with the African market.
• Retail training execution. Connecting countries in the African region, for different teams such as promoters, supervisors, trainers, and customers, online and offline training activities on new products and retail themes are carried out in accordance with unified standards, and the training effect is closed in accordance with the requirements of the African region.
• Training system construction. Assist countries in the African region to complete the recruitment, training, promotion, KPI assessment and SOP setting of local training teams, promote the improvement of the capacity of national training teams, and enable them to operate national training programs independently.
• Planning and execution of cross-regional training projects. Connect with the Chinese headquarters, the African region, and the implementation of training tasks in various countries, and promote the co-creation, sharing and win-win results of training teams in various countries.

Qualification

• More than 3 years of retail trainer experience in the mobile phone industry. Fully familiar with the mobile phone industry population, training needs, and business characteristics, and be able to better combine training with actual business. If have done actual business in the mobile phone industry, and the sales team is a plus.
• Have strong comprehensive knowledge. Have strong interest and unique insights in cutting-edge technologies such as the communications industry; at the same time, they have strong graphic design and video editing capabilities (past training materials can be used as certificates); understand the cultural backgrounds of the world, especially African countries, and have a certain understanding of various religions.
• Language skills. Fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing is a must. At the same time, French, Hausa and other minor African languages are preferred.
• Personality. Cheerful, confident, tough, sincere, studious, and love training.
• Proficiency in driving skills is a bonus point.
• Working in Cairo, Egypt office.
