Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and talented District Manager to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of Medical Representatives to deliver sales targets and KPIs
• Conduct regular field visits to coach team members and ensure effective customer engagement
• Develop and execute district business plans aligned with national strategies and objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, training, and medical affairs to ensure effective implementation of campaigns

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or Veterinary Medicine.

• Proven people management experience (mandatory).
• Minimum of 1 year as a District Manager, with at least 3 years of prior professional experience.
• Experience in managing Canal Cities is an advantage
