Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Agent located in Alexandria, Egypt. The Real Estate Sales Agent will be responsible for engaging with potential buyers or tenants, showcasing properties, negotiating sales or lease agreements, and closing transactions. Daily tasks include conducting property tours, preparing documents, maintaining client relationships, and coordinating with property owners and management teams to ensure smooth transactions.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Real Estate Sales and holding a valid Real Estate License
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Real Estate practices
• Excellent Sales skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Experience with property management software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
