Job Purpose
As a sales Consultant, you will play a key role in promoting the brand's vehicles, identifying and addressing customer needs, and driving sales performance. You will be responsible for building lasting relationships with potential and existing clients, negotiating deals, and contributing to the overall success of the showroom by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and build a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
- Maintain communication with existing and previous customers, alert them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest and arrange meetings to seal the deal.
- Demonstrate the brand’s vehicles to customers based on their needs, respond to customized vehicle inquiries and ensure fulfilment of the orders.
- Achieve and extend agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
- Apply knowledge of the vehicle features to match products to clients' needs.
- Answer inquiries from clients concerning products, and their uses about full knowledge about vehicle pricing and proposed models in addition to competitive models of vehicles offered in the market.
- Follow daily work schedules to adequately ensure the satisfaction of their customers throughout all purchase levels.
- Provide clients with information, quotes, credit terms, and other bid specifications.
- Negotiate prices, terms of sales, and/or service agreements; prepare contracts and submit orders.
- Assist management in reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Prepare detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer problems.
- Interact with others in a friendly and approachable manner, helping maintain positive relations with the clients.
- Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree of any discipline.- Automotive or Real Estate Background.
- Very good command of English.
- Not less than 2 years of experience.
