Purpose of the Role


Are you a curious, strategic thinker with a passion for uncovering hidden talent? Join us as a

Proactive Talent Sourcer, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of hiring. Working closely with our Next Generation Recruiters, you’ll identify and engage top passive candidates across two key sourcing streams:


  • Live Requisition Support – Deliver high-quality candidates for hard-to-fill or low-response roles.
  • Strategic Talent Community Build – Create forward-looking pipelines aligned to predictive demand and workforce planning.

This is a hands-on, insight-led role that blends human connection with tech-enabled sourcing. You’ll be a brand ambassador, a market expert, and a trusted sourcing advisor.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build persona-led sourcing strategies based on talent motivations and market insights.
  • Use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM, and niche platforms to uncover passive talent.
  • Engage candidates authentically across email, phone, and social channels.
  • Deliver consultative conversations to assess interest, fit, and alignment.
  • Collaborate with Recruiters to convert pipeline talent into shortlist-ready candidates.
  • Create compelling applicant summaries that highlight career fit and motivations.
  • Maintain warm talent communities for future hiring needs.
  • Champion inclusive sourcing practices and ensure balanced pipelines.
  • Share market intelligence to influence hiring decisions and sourcing direction.
  • Track and refine sourcing effectiveness using data and feedback.


What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in recruitment or sourcing (agency or in-house).
  • Strong tech literacy across sourcing platforms and recruitment systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder partnering skills.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Comfort working in a hybrid manual-tech sourcing environment.
  • Ability to think strategically while delivering operational excellence.
