Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainer (Real Estate Brokerage) located in Cairo. The Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, developing educational materials and resources, and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting training sessions, workshops, and seminars for real estate agents, as well as providing ongoing support and mentorship to ensure continuous professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate brokerage and market analysis
• Proven track record in delivering effective training programs
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to develop educational materials and resources
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with training software
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
• Certification in training and development is a plus
