🌟 Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies across site operations

 • Conduct regular HSE audits, risk assessments, and inspections to ensure compliance

 • Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions

 • Deliver HSE training sessions and toolbox talks to site personnel and contractors

 • Maintain HSE documentation, reports, and compliance records

 • Ensure adherence to local regulations and company HSE standards

 • Support emergency preparedness and incident response planning

 • Promote a safety-first culture and lead by example in day-to-day site activities

🌟 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field

 • Minimum of 3vyears of experience in HSE roles, preferably within facilities management or construction

 • Strong knowledge of local HSE laws, regulations, and international safety standards

 • Solid experience in incident investigation, risk mitigation, and training delivery

 • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

 • Professional HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, ISO 45001) are highly preferred
