Key Responsibilities:


  • Preparing technical requests for the sales team and sending them to facilitate communication with clients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is provided.


  • Reviewing and analyzing technical specifications submitted by the sales team and responding to client inquiries to ensure product compatibility with their needs.


  • Supporting the sales team by following up with clients during peak workload periods, depending on availability and resources, to ensure continuous and efficient service delivery.


  • Coordinating with internal departments (such as Sales, Technical Support, and Production) to ensure the provision of accurate technical information.


  • Preparing and modifying technical documents required for client proposals, ensuring their accuracy and clarity.


  • Suggesting improvements to products or sales processes based on customer feedback and market needs.


  • Following up on the execution of technical requests and ensuring they meet the required specifications before being sent to clients.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering Mechanical.
  • 3:5 years of experience in a related role.
  • Strong technical support and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team.
