Monglish Academy, a leading online learning academy, is seeking a skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team and support our rapid expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement effective talent acquisition strategies for teaching and non-teaching roles.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, CV screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with department heads to understand hiring requirements and deliver the right talent.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Senior Recruiter, or similar role (experience in education or EdTech is a strong advantage).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interviewing skills.
• Hands-on experience with recruitment tools, job boards, LinkedIn, and ATS platforms.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to manage multiple roles at once.
• Strategic thinker with attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
