WHAT YOU WILL DO 🤔

• Managing the Product Backlog: Keep the product backlog organized by figuring out what features and improvements are most valuable 🔎❗
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with business leaders and customers to grasp market trends, customer needs, and strategic business objectives 🤝
• Agile Know-How: Having a solid background in Agile practices, especially Scrum, and I’m comfortable working in Agile development settings🔄
• Refining User Stories: Collaborate with the development team to polish user stories, making sure we set clear acceptance criteria for each one 📈

WHAT SHOULD YOU HAVE:

• Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any relevant field 👨🏻‍💻
• +5️⃣ Proven years of experience as a Product Owner only, preferably within the fintech industry.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience working in Agile development environments.
• Must be a Nasr city resident or any nearby area.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in defining clear acceptance criteria for user stories.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the fintech sector is highly desirable.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner or Professional Scrum Product Owner are advantageous.
