We are looking for a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, handling front desk duties while also supporting various administrative tasks

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls efficiently.
  • Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference rooms.
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing reports.
  • Assist in preparing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite .
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Fresh Graduate are preferred
