Position: Technical Support Specialist

Required Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support.

- Fluent English Speaker

- Network Fundamentals

- Good knowledge in HTML & CSS.

- Strong communication and customer service skills.

Optional skills:

- Javascript knowledge is plus.

- Understanding of authentication and authorization (SSO, LDAP/AD, OAuth) is a plus.
