Job Title: Senior Site Engineer

Company: Orion Design Development

Key Responsibilities

- Execute and manage luxury interior fit-out works with a focus on fine finishing.

- Coordinate with subcontractors, craftsmen, and suppliers for smooth operations.

- Ensure design details are executed as per approved drawings and materials.

- Manage on-site installations, including marble, wood, joinery, and decorative finishes.

- Handle site measurements, quality checks, and approvals.

- Solve technical and practical challenges during installations.

- Report progress and requirements to project management.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (not Civil Engineering).

- Preferred universities: MSA, MUST, AAST, Cairo University, Faculty of Fine Arts –

Helwan University.

- Minimum 3–4 years’ hands-on experience in high-end finishing and fit-out projects.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and related site tools.

- Strong portfolio of luxury finishing works.

- Car owner (mandatory).
