This job opportunity is offered by Elsewedy Electric Graduate Development Program The program is designed for Graduates with 0-2 years' of experience. The program offers various job rotations, mentorships, coaching & trainings. 2024 & 2025 Graduates are welcomed to apply
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Comply with HSE requirements and maintain a safe working environment, ensuring all company and regulatory standards are achieved at all times.
- Adherence to implement 5S & Lean projects and instructions.
- Ensure mechanical maintenance discipline 24/7 three shifts.
- Comply with Standard Operating Procedures set by the Company Management & convey to direct reports.
- Conduct scheduled preventive and predictive maintenance on mechanical components (e.g., gearboxes, bearings, pumps, rollers).
- Respond to and resolve mechanical breakdowns efficiently to restore machine operation.
- Perform precision tasks like alignment, lubrication, and adjustment of production line machinery.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and history files for all mechanical assets.
- Inspect equipment for potential failures and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.
- Support the fabrication and installation of new mechanical parts or equipment modifications.
- Assist in troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic systems essential for machine operation.
- Keep a record of all stock and supplies, including the company’s mechanical equipment
- Assess the need for spare parts
- Ensure application of maintenance systems accurately, timely data entry, and reporting.
You're a great fit if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 0-2 Years' of experience in the same field.
- Fluent Written and Verbal English
- Flexibility in a rotating schedule that includes three shifts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and Solid Work
- Understanding of Installation, Maintenance and Operation of Control systems
- Knowledge of Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Bearing, Power trans miss
- Familiarity with Housekeeping and Health and Safety standards
