Mission

Maximize product value by contributing to the Product Goal, owning the Product Backlog, and keeping progress transparent across the company.

You will

• Work on the Product Goal with the Product Manager and Product Team; keep it visible in the backlog and in monthly updates.
• Own and order the Product Backlog; write clear user stories and acceptance criteria; keep DoR/DoD tight.
• Run weekly discovery with cross functional teams ; test assumptions early and document what we learn.
• Plan sprints with the Tech Lead; review and accept increments; publish release notes and decision logs.
• Track product metrics: activation, conversion, time‑to‑first‑value, retention, release success/rollback rate, cycle time, escaped defects.
• Work closely with Sales , Operations, Data, Design, and Engineering to remove blockers and align plans.
• Provide Help & Guidance to other product owners work with them on their performance and quarterly OKR’S

Skills required

• Execution under uncertainty: break down vague asks, propose options, make a call, adjust fast
• Communication: short summaries, clear docs in Confluence/Jira, strong meeting facilitation.
• Team practice building: coach junior PMs on stories/ACs, run rituals, and raise the quality bar.
• Cross‑functional leadership: align PM, CEO, Eng, Design, Data, Growth, CS; make trade‑offs clear.
• Product Goal setting and roadmap framing (Now/Next/Later)
• Backlog management at a high bar: slicing, ordering logic, crisp ACs, edge cases, DoR/DoD hygiene.
• Discovery habits: interview planning, insight notes, quick prototypes, and fast iteration.
• Tooling: Jira, Confluence, Figma comments, dashboards (e.g., GA/Mixpanel/Amplitude). SQL is a plus.

Must‑haves

• 2 years in PO/PM roles with shipped outcomes.
• Strong backlog craft and story/AC writing.
• Evidence of discovery cadence and data‑led decisions.
• Experience working closely with engineers and designers.

Nice‑to‑haves

• EdTech or marketplace experience.
