About the Job:

We’re seeking a Data Center Architect to design and modernize the IT infrastructure. You’ll guide clients through data center consolidation, cloud adoption, and next-gen solutions, shaping resilient and agile IT landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead presentations with CxOs and infrastructure heads during RFx cycles.
• Partner with the sales team to understand customer needs and design hybrid cloud and data center solutions.
• Conduct workshops to gather customer requirements and analyze environments.
• Work with delivery teams and third-party vendors to build winning proposals.
• Architect secure and scalable solutions for data center consolidation and cloud adoption.
• Prepare RFI/RFP responses, solution documentation, and cost models.
• Create high-level and low-level design documents to ensure performance, security, and availability.
• Negotiate with vendors to deliver cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
• Stay updated on tech trends, evaluate innovations, and build proof of concepts.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3–6 years’ experience as a Data Center Architect with strong pre-sales and solution design skills.
• Proven expertise in data center consolidation, hybrid cloud, and transformation.
• Practical experience with HCI (Nutanix, VxRail, vSAN), virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, OpenShift), and SDI.
• Skilled in backup (Commvault, Veeam, Veritas, Cohesity), hybrid storage (Pure Storage, Dell EMC, Huawei), and storage fabric (Cisco, Brocade).
• Familiar with ITSM (BMC, SolarWinds, ManageEngine) and public cloud (AWS, Huawei Cloud, Azure).
• Knowledge of migration strategies and vendor tools (Cisco CCW, Dell DSC, Huawei SCT).
