About the Role
We are seeking a driven Regional Account Executive to accelerate growth across enterprise accounts and partners in high-potential markets. This is a quota-carrying role focused on positioning Recast Software, a leading endpoint management and security solutions, engaging senior IT decision-makers, and driving measurable revenue impact.
You will own the full commercial lifecycle — from prospecting and pipeline development, to closing strategic deals and ensuring successful renewals — working closely with our technical specialists and partner ecosystem to deliver customer value.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan across enterprise and upper mid-market accounts.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with CIOs, CISOs, IT Directors, and procurement leaders.
- Drive partner engagement through enablement of resellers, distributors, and system integrators.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, negotiation, and closure.
- Consistently achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting in CRM.
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver compelling demos, workshops, and proof-of-concepts.
- Represent the company at customer briefings, industry events, and partner forums.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of cybersecurity or Software infrastructure sales experience (direct + channel)
- Proven record of achieving or exceeding quota in previous roles.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise IT landscape, ideally including Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune, SCCM) or endpoint security platforms.
- Established network with enterprise customers and channel partners in the Middle East.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience working with distributors, VARs, and system integrators.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable operating in a high-growth and fast-moving environment.
