Job Purpose:

Apply engineering principles and creative problem-solving to design, develop, and improve products, systems, or components that meet specific functional, aesthetic, and safety requirements.

Main Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ability to work as an effective team member.
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to plan and organize multitask
• Assists in Design department specializes in the design and specification of structured cabling systems, audio/visual systems, security systems and other Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems.
• Supports Engineering, design and specification of building Telecom and communication systems for high profile

Qualifications & Skills:

• An engineering graduate or diploma holder with a background in Telecommunication projects.
• At least two to five years’ experience in preparing the telecom systems drawings including PABX, Structured cabling, Indoor cables, shop drawings, cable routing drawings, OSP design drawings and other ELV systems drawings.
• Have good communication skills, verbal and written.
• Previous experience in the Gulf or similar industry is desirable.
• Preferably having experience in industrial projects, Oil & Gas projects
• Ability to work as an effective team member.
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to plan and organize multitask.
• Strong Auto CAD skills, 3D drawings (REVIT), leadership qualities with effective communication skills, time management skills, analytical, presentation and PC skills. Knowledge in ISO standards in preparing the drawings is preferred.
