Candidate will perform:

• Unit Testing – Vendor/implementer tests individual modules.
• System Integration Testing (SIT) – Validate integrations across HR, AD, and applications.
• Functional Testing – Test IAM features (provisioning, authentication, RBAC, self-service).
• Performance & Load Testing – Validate system under high transaction volumes.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) – Business users validate workflows and usability.
• Regression Testing – Re-test after fixes or enhancements.

Candidate has experience in:

• User provisioning and de-provisioning
• Authentication and MFA
• Password reset and self-service features
• Role-based access control (RBAC) and SoD checks
• Access request and certification workflows
• Integration with HR, Active Directory, Cloud apps (AWS, Azure, O365, Salesforce, etc.)
• Logging, monitoring, and audit compliance
• UAT with business users

Qualifications

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years’ experience
• Proficiency in Software Quality, Quality Assurance, and Software Quality Assurance
• Experience in Manual Testing
• Knowledge of Software Development processes and methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Relevant certifications in Quality Assurance or Software Testing are a plus
