About the Job

We're looking for a friendly and reliable Guest Support Specialist to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service to international travelers visiting Egypt.

As a Guest Support Specialist, you’ll be the main point of contact for guests before and during their trips. You'll assist them via phone with inquiries, provide real-time support, and ensure a smooth and memorable travel experience.

This is a hybrid role: you will work 3 hours daily from our office , and the rest of your time remotely — primarily over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and timely support to guests via phone
• Assist guests with trip-related questions before and during their stay in Egypt
• Coordinate with internal teams and local partners to resolve guest concerns
• Share important travel updates, itineraries, and tips with guests
• Maintain accurate guest records and update relevant systems
• Handle complaints and special requests with care and efficiency
• Be available for calls during peak guest hours (flexible scheduling may apply)

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills in English (fluency preferred)
• Strong phone etiquette and ability to build trust over the phone
• Positive attitude, patience, and passion for customer service
• Availability to work hybrid schedule: 3 hours in-office + remote phone work
• Prior experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer service is a plus
• Knowledge of Egyptian tourist sites and services is preferred
