To manage and enhance the company’s public image through effective communication, media relations, and promotional activities. The Public Relations Specialist is responsible for building a positive reputation for the company and maintaining strong relationships with media, partners, and the public.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Media & Communication
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with journalists, media outlets, and influencers.
• Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, news articles, and media kits.
• Respond to media inquiries and manage interview requests.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare regular reports on brand visibility.
2. Corporate Image & Branding
• Support the company’s branding and reputation management strategy.
• Ensure consistent corporate messaging across all communication channels.
• Assist in preparing speeches, presentations, and official company statements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align PR activities with advertising campaigns.
3. Events & Public Activities
• Organize and coordinate company events, exhibitions, and public conferences.
• Represent the company at industry functions, trade shows, and press events.
• Manage logistics, guest lists, and media presence at corporate events.
4. Crisis Management
• Assist in managing the company’s response during sensitive or crisis situations.
• Prepare communication materials to address issues and protect the brand’s reputation.
• Work closely with management to ensure accurate, consistent, and timely communication.
5. Social Media & Community Engagement
• Support online communication and social media campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.
• Engage with followers and respond professionally to public comments or inquiries.
• Promote the company’s community initiatives and CSR programs.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in public relations, communications, or media.
• Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills (English & Arabic).
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and team-oriented mindset.
