Job Title: VIP Customer Service

 Location: Maadi, Cairo, Egypt

 Employment Type: Full-Time



Requirements:

Proficiency in English (C1 Level) – spoken and written.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer service, Client relations, or a Similar role.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.



Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.

Manage and grow client relationships by understanding their needs and objectives.

Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.

Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client expectations.

Monitor account performance and provide regular reports and updates.

Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
