Job Description
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure to support digital solutions and platforms.
- Automate deployment, monitoring, and management processes using industry-standard tools and scripting languages.
- Collaborate with software development and IT teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth code integration and delivery.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and proactively optimize infrastructure for reliability and efficiency.
- Manage configuration, provisioning, and orchestration of cloud resources using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
- Ensure robust security practices are implemented across all infrastructure layers, including access controls, encryption, and vulnerability management.
- Support disaster recovery planning, backup strategies, and incident response processes to minimize downtime and data loss.
- Document infrastructure architecture, processes, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and compliance.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and practices to enhance DevOps capabilities and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and cross-functional teams.

- Proven experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, Google Cloud.
- Strong background in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and version control systems (e.g., Jenkins, Git, GitLab CI).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure and application issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment with a hybrid/onsite arrangement.
