Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable Administrative & Technical Assistant to support our management team in both administrative operations and technical coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, good knowledge of AutoCAD, and the ability to handle legal documentation, purchasing, and contractor follow-ups. This role bridges the gap between office administration and technical fieldwork.



Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Tasks:
• Handle day-to-day office administrative operations.
• Prepare and follow up on purchase requests and supplier quotations.
• Manage building maintenance schedules and coordinate with service providers.
• Follow up on landline and internet subscriptions, utility bills, and company service renewals.
• Coordinate communication between departments and external stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and administrative documentation.

Technical & Design Tasks:
• Prepare and update AutoCAD drawings for internal and external use.
• Support the technical department with basic design modifications and layouts.
• Maintain and archive all drawings and related project files.
• Assist in preparing documents for permit applications and design submissions.

Legal & Permit Follow-up:
• Track and submit licensing and permit requests with government authorities.
• Coordinate with legal consultants and engineering offices for approvals.
• Maintain accurate records of all permits and renewal dates.

Contractors & Site Coordination:
• Follow up on contractors’ schedules, materials, and progress.
• Coordinate between project sites, suppliers, and office management.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures.



Qualifications:
• Diploma or Technical Institute graduate (Architecture, Civil Drafting, or equivalent).
• 3–5 years of experience in administrative and technical roles.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with governmental licensing procedures.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle field visits when needed.
