Job Purpose:

The Business Development Junior Engineer supports the Business Development Senior Manager in executing strategic initiatives aimed at driving company growth and expanding market presence. This role involves coordinating business development activities, managing client interactions, and contributing to the creation of proposals and strategies

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support the development and implementation of business development strategies to achieve growth and expansion objectives.
• Assist in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities within the assigned market or territory.
• Conduct research on market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to provide insights that support strategic decision-making.
• Oversee and manage specific business development projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely execution.
• Prepare, review, and finalize proposals, presentations, and business development documents to effectively support client acquisition and project proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as sales and marketing to ensure cohesive execution of business development initiatives and strategies.

You're a great fit if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 0-2 Years' of experience in the same field
• Fluent Written and Verbal English
• Fluent in Russian, Ukrainian or Turkish is a must
