Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nasr City for a Junior Property Consultant. The Junior Property Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Daily tasks include conducting property viewings, managing client inquiries, providing market advice, and negotiating deals. The role also involves maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of market trends and working closely with senior consultants to achieve sales targets and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct property viewings and manage client inquiries
• Basic knowledge of market trends and property laws
• Customer service-oriented and ability to work in a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is a plus
• Previous experience in real estate or sales is an advantage
