Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo for a B2B Call Center Agent. The agent will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing calls with business clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. They will also handle customer support queries, troubleshoot issues, and offer information about our services and products.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Computer Literacy
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls effectively
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
