Job Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware components, drivers, and peripheral devices (e.g., printers, smart devices).
  • Perform routine checks and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues on-site.
  • Support the setup and integration of smart devices, robots, and related systems.
  • Provide basic electrical support, including circuit connections, voltage checks, and use of measuring tools.
  • Assist with networking setup and troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, connectivity issues).
  • Support SQL Server database activities such as basic handling, backups, and issue escalation when needed.
  • Monitor and manage Windows services and system processes, ensuring smooth performance.
  • Document field activities, prepare reports, and escalate unresolved technical issues.
  • Ensure timely response to incidents, adhering to SLAs and company standards.
  • Work independently in the field while collaborating closely with the FS Department Manager and other technical teams.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in technical support, field service, or IT hardware/software roles.
  • Strong knowledge of installing, configuring, and troubleshooting drivers and hardware components.
  • Hands-on experience with setting up devices (printers, smart devices, and other peripherals).
  • Basic knowledge of robots and smart systems.
  • Fundamental electrical knowledge (circuit connections, voltage, measuring tools).
  • General understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, IP addressing).
  • Basic knowledge of SQL Server and database handling.
  • Familiarity with Windows services and system processes.
  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work independently in field environments and adapt to different situations.
