We are looking for a knowledgeable HR Operations Specialist who can lead and support HR functions while enhancing departmental efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Responsibilities :
- Manage daily HR administrative tasks, including employee records, contracts, and documentation.
- Oversee onboarding, induction, and offboarding processes for all employees.
- Process payroll and maintain accuracy in attendance, leave tracking, and benefits management.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain and update HR systems and databases.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports (headcount, turnover, attendance, etc.) for management.
- Support performance appraisal processes and employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Finance and Administration on HR-related matters.
- Handle employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues promptly.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR operations or HR administration.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, payroll, and labor law compliance.
- Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, or Oracle).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Proven experience in the GCC market.
