We are looking for a knowledgeable HR Operations Specialist who can lead and support HR functions while enhancing departmental efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and labor laws.


Responsibilities :


  • Manage daily HR administrative tasks, including employee records, contracts, and documentation.
  • Oversee onboarding, induction, and offboarding processes for all employees.
  • Process payroll and maintain accuracy in attendance, leave tracking, and benefits management.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain and update HR systems and databases.
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports (headcount, turnover, attendance, etc.) for management.
  • Support performance appraisal processes and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as Finance and Administration on HR-related matters.
  • Handle employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues promptly.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.


Qualifications & Skills:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR operations or HR administration.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, payroll, and labor law compliance.
  • Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, or Oracle).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Proven experience in the GCC market.
