Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a sales leader responsible for driving significant revenue growth by securing and managing our portfolio of corporate accounts. This role requires a deep understanding of the hospitality market and a proven track record in establishing high-value business relationships.

 

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans focused on achieving and exceeding corporate revenue goals for both transient and group business.
  • Account Management: Proactively identify, qualify, solicit, and manage key corporate accounts, government entities, and travel management companies (TMCs).
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate room rates, meeting space pricing, and service agreements, preparing annual corporate contracts to maximize profitability and market share.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor local and global market trends, competitor activity, and pricing conditions to provide accurate and timely feedback to the Revenue Management team.
  • Sales Activities: Conduct a high volume of sales calls, site inspections, presentations, and client entertainment events to generate new business.
  • Reporting & CRM: Maintain a meticulous and up-to-date Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for all sales activities and account records (e.g., Opera S&C, Delphi).
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Revenue Management, Reservations, and Front Office teams to ensure flawless execution of service delivery and optimal yielding strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in Corporate Sales within the luxury or upscale hotel/hospitality sector.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding annual sales targets and expanding a corporate client base.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic (both written and verbal) is highly preferred.
  • Expert-level negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities, proficient in interpreting market data, and preparing comprehensive sales forecasts.
  • Solid working knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS, e.g., Opera) and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing a large portfolio while thriving in a fast-paced environment.
