Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure converting Retail plan / budget into strategic actions and achieves the product targets within agreed cost budget.
• Ensure distribution of strategic initiative in order to guarantee a smooth running of business while maintaining the timely and effective resolution of all issues within own branch.
• Ensure adherence to branch and regulator policies, recommendations and CBE regulations
• Implement the marketing strategies of the bank to maximize branch profitability.
• Adhere and implement the Bank’s policies and procedures in addition to abiding to the local laws and banking regulations.
• Enhance income generating assets through acquisition of good potential business, it being new to bank or cross selling to existing clients at minimal delinquency levels.
• Ensure proper operational transactions within the branch.
• Monitor the vault limit and control cash shipments to branches or other banks.
• Supervise, monitor and control the activities and productivity of the sales team to achieve the sales budget and identifying the training needs of staff.
• Enhance teamwork, motivate, and manage the branch staff to ensure accomplishment of their professional goals.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the Banking field.
