Create and monitor implementation of sales plans and strategies for districts/sectors/sales channels to maximize current and future sales
Develop and agree budgets and manpower needs. Set the entity and individual targets, and support the team to achieve the set targets to ensure measurement of results
Manage developmental project including specialized sales / products analysis projects, establishing new points of sale / entering new markets, regions
Ensure regular reporting of stores/accounts/key accounts/dealers/channels/franchisees performance to monitor achievements and provide recommendations as needed
Identify and implement sales improvement initiatives and follow-up initiatives implementation to ensure improvements
Support in the development and management of new products/services to make sure customer opinions/emerging requests are taken into consideration
Identify training needs across branches/sales team and make sure they received adequate service knowledge transfer on new services to increase efficiency of operations and sales achievements
Coordinate with direct sales support on administrative and operational support as needed
Update sales leads and sales forecasts information on the sales application to ensure accuracy of information at all times
Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads
Experience & Education
o University Degree
o 6-8 years of experience
