Job Description
- Supervise daily site operations to ensure project milestones are met efficiently and safely.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to align on project specifications and deliverables.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site.
- Prepare and maintain detailed site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
- Oversee the use of materials, equipment, and resources to minimize waste and optimize productivity.
- Conduct site inspections to identify and resolve any technical or operational issues.
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of construction activities to meet deadlines.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns promptly.
- Ensure all work adheres to engineering drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Support the implementation of innovative construction methods and best practices.
