Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees on a monthly/bi-weekly basis.
  • Maintain employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and compensation changes.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and internal company policies.
  • Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and government reports.
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance departments to ensure accurate payroll inputs and reconciliation.
  • Manage payroll deductions including taxes, social insurance, loans, and benefits.
  • Handle employee queries related to salary, payslips, and deductions.
  • Generate regular reports on payroll costs, headcount, and variance analysis.
  • Support audits and provide payroll documentation as needed.
  • Keep up to date with changes in payroll laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of proven experience in payroll processing.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, ADP, etc.) and MS Excel.
  • Familiarity with local tax, social insurance, and labor laws.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
