Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees on a monthly/bi-weekly basis.
- Maintain employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and compensation changes.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and internal company policies.
- Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and government reports.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance departments to ensure accurate payroll inputs and reconciliation.
- Manage payroll deductions including taxes, social insurance, loans, and benefits.
- Handle employee queries related to salary, payslips, and deductions.
- Generate regular reports on payroll costs, headcount, and variance analysis.
- Support audits and provide payroll documentation as needed.
- Keep up to date with changes in payroll laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4–6 years of proven experience in payroll processing.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, ADP, etc.) and MS Excel.
- Familiarity with local tax, social insurance, and labor laws.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
