Misr Life Insurnace Takaful are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in Oracle APEX, PL/SQL, and web technologies, with additional experience in modern frameworks and reporting tools. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Oracle-based applications, ensuring high performance and reliability, and contributing to innovative projects that integrate both back-end and front-end technologies.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Analyse, design, develop, test, implement, and maintain Oracle PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and other functionalities.

• Develop and enhance applications using Oracle APEX with strong integration to web technologies.

• Build and maintain web interfaces using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and REST APIs.

• Work with JSON, XML, and other integration formats to support application workflows.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions.

• Perform performance tuning and troubleshoot issues in applications and databases.

• Develop reports and dashboards using Jasper Reports and Power BI.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Oracle APEX development.

• Minimum 2 years of leadership role

• Strong knowledge of Oracle APEX, SQL, and PL/SQL.

• Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, REST APIs, JSON, and XML.

• Experience in Jasper Reports is a plus.

• Experience with React, Java, .NET, and Angular/React development is highly desirable.

• Knowledge of reporting tools, especially Power BI.

• Good understanding of web concepts, relational databases (tables, views, indexes, functions, replication), and development tools.

• Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to evaluate coding problems and develop efficient solutions within project parameters.

• Familiarity with performance tuning, debugging, and system optimization.
