Key Accountabilities:

• Comply with HSE requirements and maintain a safe working environment, ensuring all company and regulatory standards are achieved at all times.
• Adherence to implement 5S & Lean projects and instructions.
• Review the master production schedule and work order, and check incoming material.
• Coordinates schedule of activities with customer on production control, planning, scheduling, Shipping, order administration, and Order Management/Planning.
• Review and analyze sales forecast and inventory data, and take required action to create the most Optimal Monthly Production Schedule (MPS) with minimum inventory exposure.
• Analyze weekly supply versus demand and implement any required actions to align with the overall business strategy; initiate discussions with Demand regarding any changes needed to supply; and make recommended adjustments to inventory based on demand trends.
• Provides support to production and management as required.
• File, order supplies, and perform miscellaneous duties for the production department through the daily production follow-up sheet.
• Participate in capacity analysis by specific work center.
• Provide deviation report for the monthly plan and stoppage analysis of production for each order.

Job Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree of Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Years of Experience: 0-2 years.
• Computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
