Job Description

• Site Architect (Senior / Junior)
• Supervise and monitor site works to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate between architectural, structural, and MEP teams to resolve technical issues.
• Communicate effectively with contractors, consultants, and project managers to ensure smooth workflow.
   

 

Projects in both Locations:-

1. Ras El Hekma (Soul) in North Coast
2. Cairo Gate (Preferably candidates residing in Giza, 6th of October, Sheikh Zayed and nearby areas)

 

 

 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Strong technical knowledge of materials and site execution.
• Must have experience in Hospitality and Hotels Projects.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience for The Junior Site Architect Position.
• Minimum 12 years of proven experience for The Senior Site Architect Position.
• Strong technical knowledge of material and site execution.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
