Job Responsibilities:
- Handle the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand manpower plans, role requirements, and desired candidate profiles.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and regularly update management with hiring progress reports and analytics.
Job Qualifications:
- A suitable university degree, preferably in (Commerce – Business Administration – Economics) or an equivalent field.
- Preferably 1 to 3 years of experience in talent acquisition.
