Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Manage and grow a team of sales executives or area sales managers.
- Build strong relationships with contractors, architects, consultants, developers, and distributors.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Conduct product presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and technical teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure collections and payments are on schedule.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
