Whitewill Real Estate is seeking skilled and motivated ENGLISH -Speaking Real Estate Brokers to join our prestigious team in Dubai. As a professional, you will have the unique opportunity to thrive in a supportive and dynamic environment while advancing your career with an international organization renowned for its excellence.
** COMMISSION ONLY ROLE **
Expected commission from closing two deals every 3 months is 200,000 AED per quarter
Take home is between 20,000 - 43,000 AED per month
This is based on 0.7 deals a month of 1.5M-2.5M AED which is very attainable.

MUST HAVE SOME SORT OF REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE
Responsibilities:
Manage and process a high volume of incoming client inquiries efficiently and professionally.
Select properties tailored to client needs and organize viewings or meetings.
Facilitate seamless transactions, ensuring compliance with market regulations.
Build relationships with high-net-worth clients and maintain exceptional customer service standards.
The Ideal Candidate:
Proven real estate sales experience, preferably in Dubai or internationally.
Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft 360 tools and familiar with modern CRM systems.
Confident, driven, and capable of handling negotiations and closing deals.
