Internship Description
AIContentfy is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Interns to support our fast-paced hiring and recruitment operations. As an HR Intern, you will work closely with our team to assist with end-to-end HR processes across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and personnel. Adaptable, quick learners will thrive in this dynamic work environment.
Internship Duration: 3 months (non-negotiable)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am - 5pm
Stipend: 5,000 EGP per month
Location: Maadi (onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
- Support full-cycle recruitment activities, including posting jobs, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and assisting with offer management
- Assist in maintaining active recruitment pipelines aligned with hiring forecasts
- Contribute to onboarding processes by preparing documentation, scheduling orientation, and facilitating new hire integration
- Help manage offboarding tasks such as exit interviews and access revocations
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR compliance with internal policies and local labor laws
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and performance tracking as needed
- Provide administrative support, including coordinating HR-related vendor communications and managing office supplies related to HR functions
