We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing administrative support across the organization and ensuring a smooth front-desk experience for all visitors and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Manage front desk operations, including receiving and distributing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed (e.g., data entry, document preparation).
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support daily operations.

Requirements

  • University degree in any relevant field.
  • Presentable with a professional attitude.
  • Very good in English (spoken and written).
  • Very good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
