We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing administrative support across the organization and ensuring a smooth front-desk experience for all visitors and staff.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage front desk operations, including receiving and distributing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed (e.g., data entry, document preparation).
- Coordinate with internal departments to support daily operations.
Requirements
- University degree in any relevant field.
- Presentable with a professional attitude.
- Very good in English (spoken and written).
- Very good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
