About the Role

FAME is seeking a creative and versatile Video Creator to join our dynamic team. You’ll play a key role in developing scroll-stopping video content that brings brands to life across social media. From concept to final cut, you’ll craft engaging stories that inspire, entertain, and convert.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, script, and produce short-form and long-form video content for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to translate ideas and campaigns into compelling visual stories
• Film and edit high-quality videos that reflect each brand’s tone, audience, and goals
• Stay ahead of trends, sounds, and storytelling techniques to keep our content fresh and relevant
• Assist with shoot coordination, including location setup, lighting, and direction
• Manage and organize video assets for seamless post-production workflows

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in video creation, filming, and editing (agency or brand-side)
• Strong command of editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut)
• Understanding of social media trends, storytelling, and platform best practices
• A strong eye for framing, pacing, and emotion in visual storytelling
• Ability to work on multiple projects with fast turnarounds
• Bonus: skills in motion graphics, photography, or voiceover work
