Role Description

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions.

• Configure and customize the SAP FICO modules to meet organizational needs.

• Lead the implementation of new SAP functionalities and system upgrades.

• Provide day-to-day support for SAP FICO users, addressing and resolving issues promptly.

• Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve integration issues with other SAP modules.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend SAP FICO solutions.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal control requirements.

• Manage FICO-related projects, including planning, resource allocation, and execution.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.

· SAP FICO certification is preferred.

· 5-7 years of experience in SAP FICO , with hands-on configuration expertise.

· In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.

· Proficient in SAP integration with other modules such as MM, SD, and HR.

· Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles.

· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
