Role Overview:
The CRM Specialist will build and manage customer journeys through WebEngage,
focusing on personalization for Saudi audiences. This role merges data analytics with cultural emotion, designing automated experiences that feel exclusive and meaningful.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and automate omnichannel campaigns (email, WhatsApp, SMS, web push) in WebEngage.
Develop audience segmentation based on behavior, frequency, and cultural moments.
Plan campaigns around Saudi events: Ramadan, Eid, National Day, gifting seasons.
Maintain CRM data integrity and optimize engagement workflows.
Design personalized lifecycle campaigns: welcome flows, cart recovery, loyalty, and win-back.
Partner with creative teams to craft emotionally resonant Arabic messages.
Monitor metrics: CTR, open rate, retention, repeat purchase rate.
Integrate CRM data with analytics and ad performance tracking.
Qualifications:
3–5 years of CRM experience, with WebEngage expertise (required).
Strong grasp of Saudi communication tone and consumer behavior.
Skilled in HTML email templates, automation logic, and A/B testing.
Experience with D2C or luxury e-commerce brands.
