🕓 Job Summary

The HR Director will serve as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team, driving the alignment of human capital, organizational culture, and performance with the Company’s long term vision.

This role requires a seasoned HR professional with proven expertise in Egyptian labor and social insurance laws, alongside strong leadership in talent strategy, performance management, and organizational transformation.

💼 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that supports the Company’s vision, mission, and growth objectives.
  • implement scalable systems and policies that support a growing hybrid and international workforce.
  • Lead initiatives across talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, succession planning, and culture transformation.
  • Ensure full compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations, including managing relations and audits with governmental authorities.
  • Partner with executive leadership to design organizational structures and competency-based frameworks that drive performance and engagement.
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and workforce planning strategies to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Implement advanced HR analytics, KPIs, and reporting systems to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing HR team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.

🌟 Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree in HR Management ,MBA or DBA is required (multiple qualifications strongly preferred).
  • International HR certification (PHRI, SPHRI,..) strongly preferred
  • 10–15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior management or director-level role.
  • Experience in the education sector or multinational service-based organizations is highly desirable
  • Extensive and proven knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law, Social Insurance Law, and experience in governmental audits and compliance management.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic HR leadership, organizational development, and change management.
  • Strong interpersonal, advisory, and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
