About the Role:

We’re looking for a talented Events & Exhibiting Designer to join our creative team.

You’ll be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and visualizing exhibition booths, event setups, and brand activations. You’ll collaborate closely with account managers and the production team to transform ideas into stunning visual experiences — from concept sketches to on-site execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and visualize exhibition booths, stages, and event spaces.
• Collaborate with account and production teams to meet client requirements.
• Prepare detailed technical drawings and 3D renderings for fabrication.
• Coordinate with suppliers and supervise setup to ensure design accuracy.
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall event experience.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in event or exhibition design.
• Vary and distribute rendering
• Proficiency in 3D design tools (3ds Max, SketchUp)
• Strong sense of space, materials, and lighting.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, Architecture, or a related field.
