Role Overview:
We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented and results-driven Order Desk Specialist to join our growing operations in Egypt. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth end-to-end order processing, logistics coordination, and outstanding customer support for our international clients.
This role requires a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, ensures compliance with SLAs, and delivers accuracy and efficiency in every transaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage customer orders, purchase orders, and quotations with high accuracy and timeliness.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for order-related inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and supply chain teams to guarantee timely deliveries.
- Monitor and update order status in CRM/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba, MS Dynamics).
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all documentation and transactions.
- Identify and resolve order discrepancies, shipment issues, and customer complaints proactively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain service excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in order management, customer service, or logistics operations.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; Spanish proficiency is a strong plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Ariba, MS Dynamics) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
