Role Overview:

We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented and results-driven Order Desk Specialist to join our growing operations in Egypt. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth end-to-end order processing, logistics coordination, and outstanding customer support for our international clients.

This role requires a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, ensures compliance with SLAs, and delivers accuracy and efficiency in every transaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage customer orders, purchase orders, and quotations with high accuracy and timeliness.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for order-related inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and supply chain teams to guarantee timely deliveries.
  • Monitor and update order status in CRM/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba, MS Dynamics).
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all documentation and transactions.
  • Identify and resolve order discrepancies, shipment issues, and customer complaints proactively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain service excellence and continuous improvement.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in order management, customer service, or logistics operations.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; Spanish proficiency is a strong plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Ariba, MS Dynamics) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
