Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily quality control operations across production lines.

• Ensure compliance with company standards, ISO requirements, and customer specifications.

• Conduct inspections, tests, and audits to maintain product quality.

• Lead, train, and support the quality team to achieve departmental goals.

• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Prepare and maintain accurate quality documentation and reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in quality control/supervision.

• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO, GMP, etc.).

• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

Work Conditions:

• This position is based on 3 rotating shifts.
