This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Badr City. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, handling employee benefits, managing personnel, and performing various HR management tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

• Human Resources (HR) skills related to recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records
• HR Management and HR Policies implementation skills
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with employment law and compliance is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
